Discovery Health is a waste of time and MONEY...

It has become near impossible to lodge a claim with Discovery Health. I feel that I need a lawyer and another doctor specialist to crosscheck claims and payouts. Even a legit claim from Pathcare was not good enough and apparently lacked information. After adding additional information by hand and resubmitting it was still declined due to handwritten info. My Discovery bill is about R12k per month and still I need to crawl through glass to lodge a claim. They either need to provide a proper service that I dearly pay for or myself and many others will move on. Furthermore, my wife has 7 arterial stents and need permanent anti-clotting medicine. Discovery only covers it for a year, after that you are on your own :-) They refuse it as being chronic??? What's the point.
