Discovery Health is a disaster
We took out medical aid in November and ever since then we are having endless problems with discovery. They are quick to sign you up and follow up for the sale but when it comes to getting their own admin right they are useless. Now they want to cancel membership and it's not our fault!!! Consultant Mo Faried Khan who signed us up doesn't respond any longer. I am shocked and utterly disappointed in the service received. I will definitely NOT be referring discovery to any of my family or friends do not touch them We were told such great things to sign up and when they mess up they refuse to take responsibility and sort it out

IM begging discovery to get their admin right even after I have explained everything and paid in funds manually as their systems are hopeless

After receiving a call from Praschina in Executive office ensuring me that all is now corrected and sorted out on discovery side THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM OCCURS AGAIN!!!
now if this is not incompetence at the highest level I don't know what is.
Just reflects on this company's values and commitment. I am totally in disbelief currently.
I am STILL WAITING on Praschina to contact me after emailing her and she is yet to respond.
I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND DISCOVERY EVER FOR ANY SERVICE.
