Discovery Health insensitive and unsympathetic

I always had high regard for Discovery Health, but just realised how pathetic and insensitive they are. The dismissive manner in which Anton from the Chronic department spoke to me left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt like spitting blood but had to contain myself. People contact the chronic department because they have experienced trauma and he showed no empathy. Not sure why he still works for Discovery or in a department where these employees need to show more empathy. No wonder the unemployment rate is so high because excellent staff is extremely difficult to find. I think Discovery can learn from the Woolworths call centre - maybe because they in Cape Town. My problem is still not resolved.
