Discovery health incompotent

My son has heart problems. He had authorization to see specialist but discovery has cancelled our membership due to a ****ch on my side. No investigations no tryig to help just cancel. Now my son has to suffer because they cant do their job. They refuse to give us recordings. They refuse to give us anything to help us taking the matter further. What am I suppose to do now my son needs the heart specialist. Take me off thats fine but now my son needs to suffer for their incompotence
