Discovery Health Incompetence is Tiring

We had been struggling to get resolution with this medical aid in settling my deceased cousins medical bills for months now. We have doctors lawyers harrassing us day and night. The complaint was escalated to executive office ref *** but still responses are slow.

They are refusing to provide a detailed account of which doctors claims were settled and when. How do they expect us to know what doctors are owed if they cant tell us who was paid and who wasnt. We are tired of speaking to 10 different people. Assign 1 person to follow through and resolve issues with clients. We are sick and tired of dealing with incompetence and lack of transparency. I want this escalated beyond the so called executiveofficekzn cos they are useless. This company has been a nightmare to work with, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY
