Discovery Health Income Verification Issue

07/01/2023 Why do we always have to resort to a formal complaint before something actually happens at Discovery Health's side? I have been a client with you for 10years on and off, and still not getting the service that we pay for, this is not fair. Got a notification on my app that I am suddenly outstanding a huge amount on my medical aid side and membership will be suspended. I noticed that Discovery has put me on the highest income rank even though telephonic ally it was adviced no documents is needed this year, then boom email income verification needed. I think it's time to move on, Discovery don't have our interest at heart anymore. Please call the number on the hello Peter complaint.
