Discovery Health in hospital and GAP cover woes

I was in hospital January and had an emergency procedure, discovery has not paid my anesthetist for in hospital nor have they paid my checkup cause they say it was more than 30 days after my procedure, I have GAP cover as my MSA got wiped out, I have called numerous times, I literally just had a call now and the answer was sorry I can't check the system is down I will have to transfer you back to the hunt line, I am sorry this is unacceptable, I was warned not to take discovery gap cover and I understand now why.

I have started looking at other options as discovery does not have client services anymore and make any excuse not to pay for things even after they approved it.
