Discovery Health impossible to reach

I am trying to get conformation of my authorization for surgery. I need specific conformation of limits. The call center just say they are experiencing high volumes go to the website. No choice to speak to anyone. I have asked the broker for answers, his consultant say phone the call center. Someone in Discover should try that, it is impossible.
