Discovery health I'm disappointed

Worst experience I have ever had My partner needs to go for operation tomorrow up until now they are trying to find a way to not give authorization for him afer I have spend the whole day on the phone between discovery and the dr's to get everything sorted out still now another story about medical histort that they need I mean really when he joined them he gave all his history and they have everything on record after he joined. What nonsense is this, I used yo love discovery but now after this experience I will not recommend tgem even to my biggest enemy. People pay alot of money to have medical aid then there is only issues when you really need to use it....
