Discovery Health - HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

I was involved in a head-on collision three weeks ago. I am still struggling to finalize the claims - I used to be covered for 100% private rates, but subsequently (I have not claimed for years) my Classic Core plan has changed to UP TO 200% of their prescribed rate. They authorized treatment and "will" pay 50% of it. The ambulance was approved two weeks ago and the payment is still "being processed" Two long telephone conversations (mostly put on hold) with no resolution, both times Discovery was "going to call me back". Such a disappointment. I will be moving away. Such a dishonest company.
