DISCOVERY HEALTH HOW USLESS

I am a member of discovery medical aid and have been for as long as I can remember today we trying to add a dependant and it seems that everyone working at discovery knows nothing about how to go through this proses we have been on the phone with th for over 3 hours talking to first Craig then Karjal then Anke then Lyndal and seems nothing can bE done PEOPLE OUT THERE IF YOU LOOKING FOR A MEDICAL AID I ADVISE AGAINST DISCOVER AS THE CONSULTANTS CANOT SORT OUT ENY THING
