Discovery Health - How bad can service delivery and customer care get?

It is a disgrace on how Discovery Health treats its members. They have no understanding of how badly their accounting errors, poor communication, and poorly developed technology affects their members and their wellbeing. In fact, they don't even show any care even if they are informed. They would just talk over them not listening or learning anything. Their practices are just detrimental to the mental wellbeing of their members and they just don't care.
