Discovery Health - Hospital Authorisation outstanding 3 days later

<p>Surgeon requested admission of my daughter to Pretoria East Hospital Monday 20/6/2016. Discovery will not give authorisation, still pending the approval from their assessors. 3 days later still no authorisation not even a phone call. In other words if you are in an accident Discovery will not allow you to be admitted. You have more chance of dying than getting into a hospital. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. You pay the premiums one does and when you need help they dont give a **** about you. I have been calling all day Monday, Tuesday and today. Still no answers. This is bull****.</p>
