Discovery Health HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I am very annoyed but Discovery Health.Big company with useless client services.If I can pull my records inquiring about the same thing you will be shocked.They recently send me a quotation to say I will cover all my expenses on childbirth and this is within the network hospital.When I called they kept on transferring me to different people for weeks,holding the line for more than 30minutes.When I eventually got through to Bryce Pillay he said he will call me within 2-3 working days and provide a new quote because its their internal mistake.He went AWOL as well,when I call and give them a refernce number no one is helping me and they tell me they cant put me through to him either,they sent him emails to call me back.A week later still no one is getting back to me and am going into labour.Everytime I call am put on hold,today they put me on hold for almost an hour,no one coming back to me until i ran out of airtime because I keep calling them. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
