Discovery Health horrible

There has been non stop problems since I joined in 2022. first I get suspended for no reason then there is the attitude or no help from staff. I am currently on hold to sort out another problem and I have been on hold for 45 MIN. useless and really unprofessional place. I think out of 2 years I had 1 good month with them. To top it all off I made my payment for this month and now all of a sudden my account suspended due to outstanding amount and no one can tell me how since i have been paying correct amount at all times if not more then they owe me but i dont see them pay me back or credit my account. disgusting place
