Discovery Health hiding behind automated emails-query not resolved

This is now my fourth complaint on this platform since June 2025 to date about Discovery Health! They keep replying on Hellopeter to check my emails, but nobody has done anything about re-activating my membership or even sent me an email explaining anything. Somebody keeps smsing me that they will call but no contact by a human yet. I have now escalated to the Council for Medical Schemes out of sheer frustration. I emailed CMS, Discovery Client Services, Discovery Member Debt, the HR manager but not one squeak from them yet!!! How can you end my membership then ask me to pay you when you are sitting with my payment?!!! They have just sent me the letter from the other day with Reference number: *** sent by agent Kiso Gqadu. This person is not even equipped to handle my query. Someone promised a callback to me at 14.30pm today but here I am still waiting with just another silly email with the same info on it!!! Absolutely devastating service!!! DO NOT JOIN THIS SCHEME. They used to be good, no more!!!
