Discovery Health has poor customer service

I am trying to unlock my benefits for 2020 and Discovery is giving me the run around. The call center girls are quiet unhelpful and rude. The online complaints services doesn't work as I got no response from. Discovery is quiet unreasonable because we pay so much and still get bad service, and the agents act like airheads.
