Discovery Health has ****** my day to day funds although my wife was addmited into hospital

My wife was admitted into Kingsway hospital from the 23 Jan to the 1 Feb, she didn't go in to theatre for any ops or any of that sort. The hospital called discovered and received authorization for all treatment that my wife received. As I look into my discovery app. I See R12 000 was taken out from my day to day funds. I called Discovery and explained what had happened and they refuse to give me back my day to day funds. If this matter is not resolved soon, I will be opening up a case against Discovery.

Why is my day to day savings being used for hospital accommodation, doctors consel, medication, etc.what is going on at Discovery? Who gives Discovery the right to touch my savings for in hospital activity.I need my savings back ASAP.
