Discovery health harasses old people to and makes their lives hell to force them off medical aid

****ty service!!! My mum is 58 year old yet discovery keeps making onerous requests for documents and more documents. She is the sole breadwinner of our household. After going through a long process to print and scan documents , discovery now wants 1 year banking statements, tax info etc. my mum sells sweets and cool drinks. She isn’t sars registered. Neither can she keep running around or pay for expensive 1 year bank statements which costs her R30 a month. She is getting stressed out trying to complete your documents which she has to do so some running around for. Discovery health are a bunch of *****s. Our discover rep is useless.
