DISCOVERY HEALTH HABITUAL ROUTINE **** OF AUTHORIZATION

You did this to me last year September 2019 with Dr du Plooy now is happening again to my son when you google bad service about discovery you'll read disgusting stories and bad treatment!!! Whenever the medical aid have to pay there must be a plan to runaway with our money!!! Why??? On 16 April 2019 our family GP, Dr Conradie referred my son to a Specialist and made an appointment with Dr Hattingh. Accordingly Dr Conradie got the Authorization number ********** 9 from discovery today after thousands and thousands of rands paid to the medical aid here we go again im the one who should pay but i have no understanding why do i always have to suffer with discovery while there's a Reference ********** 9 from my GP to Paediatrician did Dr Conradie waste his time and resources by contacting you or you just want to see me pay while im paying you? It has come to my attention that Discovery takes our money and doesn't want to pay the Doctors even last year you did the same when i was admitted and had a surgery at Mediclinic. I think I'm the biggest victim of discovery medical aid what have i done to you guys? why should i suffer all the time?
