Discovery Health - Grossly difficult to claim.

There is NO instructions on how to make a successful claim after going through a tedious process (including 2x phone calls) of obtaining forms, applying, and getting approval for PMBenefits.

The approval email send me 2x PDF documents. First, an 8 page "Guide" that discusses NOTHING of claims. Just jargon and all of the protections Discovery puts in place for itself. Second, a personal approval letter with MORE T&Cs! Not a single sentence on how to attempt to claim that which I was individually approved for?

Discovery Health makes claiming intentionally hard to avoid reimbur*****ts. Gross behavior. Especially as the approval was granted to me after detailed review. Put the instructions in my personal approval letter! Why must I spend 30mins of daytime and of airtime to figure out the process myself as a client?

P.S. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is due to the helpful phone operators. They have to carry this company's ********* behavior.
