Discovery Health - glamour and glitzy on the outside, hollow and inefficient on the inside

Discovery has so many useful platforms to engage them - web, app, call centre, whatsapp etc. However their service is dreadful. So it does not matter how efficiently you get your query to Discovery, you still received the same inefficient service.

I've had outstanding claims for payments made directly to medical specialists, sent these claims to Discovery weeks back and still no response.

All shine outside, but hollow service inside - that's the best way to describe Discovery Health.
