Discovery Health full of lying dishonest people

Discover Health has the most dishonest people working there. I have been struggling since the 26th of feb to get a claim paid out. The 26th i received a confirmation email saying that the claim has been approved and processed allow 3 to 5 working days for the funds to reflect in my account. This week i spoke to 6 other people and they all gave me different stories on what the issue is. Yesterday a manager confirmed that the payment is processed. Today i called an another manager again a different story, confirmed that i was only processed today. Discover Health is full of dishonest people that you cant trust to do what they suppose to do !!!!
