Discovery Health Frustration

I have tried 3 times in excess of 20 min on the phone to try and speak to someone at Discovery who can assist me on my chronic medicine. After taking you through numerous selections which none of them is chronic, one finally ends up hanging on for a operator, only to hang on endlessly and eventually the call fails...every time. This is extremely frustrating and I am going to lambaste my Broker for convincing me to change Medical Aid...!!!
