Discovery Health Forensics

I have been pursuing a case with a Service Provider now for several months.<br> <br> Each time I call the call centre:<br> 1) They look up the matter. <br> 2) They say there is \something"on the system.<br> 3) They put me on hold whilst they say they are speaking with Forensics.<br> 4) They get back and promise that Forensics will call me by the end of the day with feedback<br> <br> Four times and four times they have not done a thing. Does this department actually exist? If so why are they not doing their jobs for which they are paid?<br> <br> Now the same Service Provider has passed on the bill (which I believe is an over charge and *********) to a debt collector. I have never in my life ever been handed over to a debt collector.<br> <br> Can someone senior in Discovery get Forensics to do their work please."""
