discovery health false information

<p>i phoned discovery health last week to check if they can refer me to a doctor i can use for my HIV screening , i was given a list of doctors around my area,. i told the call center consultant that i need a specialsit ( physician) . he told me that i am allowed 4 GP visits per year which i was not aware of since i joined discovery in 2008 ,. . i then wen t o see a GP ,. to my surprise i received an email form discoverty showing that the il was not settled . in other words didcoery is saying that i should travel all the way to JHB form limpopo to see a specialist cause they cant pay my GP for my HIV screening . how is this working for me if i cant get the service am paying for?does it mean that discovery dont care about our conditions? all they care about is deducting money form us each month?</p>
