Discovery Health: Failure to provide services payed for!!!

I have a Discovery Primary Health Care Cover provided by my employer and every time I try to visit a general health practitioner I'm turned away apparently because Discovery wont pay for the services, I have called Discovery and was told I would be sent a list of the Doctors I am allowed to visit, till today I haven't been assisted. I tried reaching out for help even via twitter @Discovery_SA and was told to send my details they will assist till now they haven't responded. Why am I suppose to be told which DR's I can and cannot visit? Do they even consider the expense of being told expense having to travel far out because i cannot visit my nearest doctor
