Discovery Health failure to pay MVA claims

I was in a motor vehicle accident. After confirming with Discovery that the casualties and x-ray fees will come out of my hospital allocation, Discovery are refusing to settle with the hospital.

If I call the helpline, Discovery confirm that they will pay, but do not want to put it in writing for me to share with the hospital to assist with the process. It has become an administrative burden to get a MVA claim through Discovery.

This has now gone on for two months.

Additionally, the call center has put in me on hold indefinitely on two occasions.
