Discovery Health Failure to its members!!!

So disappointed and disgusted in Discovery treatment regarding my dad’s condition. My dad is 76 years old was hospitalized on the 19 th of March because of malnutrition. After lying in the hospital bed for 4 weeks, he can’t walk, can’t feed himself, can’t bath himself, in nappies , frustrated and confused....AND Discovery decides he MUST leave hospital, AND they also won’t cover any sort of aftercare to get him back on his feet!!!! And the reason for all this is because they excluded him for alcohol abuse?!!??? SHAME ON YOU DISCOVER HEALTH!!! This is why we have medical aids!!The fact that he is old ,and completely incapable of doing anything for himself has got nothing to do with alcohol abuse! What are we as a family suppose to do now??? Even his Doctor’s word is not enough motivation for you!!!We are greatly dismayed and horrified by your disregard for your loyal members that need you support!!!
