Discovery Health Failing to pay for my Services on time

I have consulted the Optimetry for Eye test and to get New Spectacle. Discovery Health being my Medical Aid was consulted regarding the shortfall on the claim and they ted me and the Optometrist to complete a claim for special payment to the shortfall from my savings. All claims were done on the same day( the 2nd January 2025) using appropriate forms and methods. The waiting period to process both claims was determined by discovery to be between 3 to days. The first waiting period lapsed without any payment received by optometry and upon equiring the maximum payment for the optometry was paid however no processing of the claim towards he shortfall was done. When equiring through follow ups, each consultant blames the previous on regarding how the claim was camputered and each time I get a new consultant who redirect the claim to the right path and they promised to come back to me within the prescribed period which they never did. Today is the 16th January and since I did all these in Gauteng and hoping that the spectacles will be ready for collection as I head back to work in Cape Town, Still nothing is done and when I called Discovery Health i am still be told the same storo of wrong capturing by the previous consultant and the process will be redirected to the correct path and I should wait for 3 to 4 days. This annoyed me and requested the Manager who still made a promise ans I DMANDED that my money be paid tomorror 9the 17th January) before jetting back to cape town since I need my spectacle immediatley, the manager did not comitt to that. The managers Name is Yolanda and she was called by Bathandwa ( today on the 16th January 2025) and the other Consultants who could not fulfil their comitments were ( Siyilisi Zingela - ***, Itumeleng Lekensie - ***). I want Discover to make an immediate payment towards the service rendedred using my Savings that are still enough to cover the costed amount claimed.
