Discovery Health - Epic Fail, save your money

I honestly can't even think of the right words to explain how poor their service is.

Firstly, my wife gets checked in to hospital (she's on Classic Comprehensive, so not exactly cheap), then the following morning she is awoken by one of the hospital admins saying her medical aid won't cover it, so she has to fork out a ridiculous amount of money if she wants to stay.

Now apparently the first set of forms submitted were incorrect, hence it being declined. This was then rectified by her doctor & the Discovery case worker at the hospital which took an entire day to do so they could resubmit the forms.

Then, after that fiasco, I'm now told those forms were "lost" somehow. Which means my sick wife now has to be discharged while your ridiculous Medical Aid has to figure out FROM YOUR OWN FORMS that she needs to be in hospital.

I could not be more furious at Discovery right now, and as soon as she is able, I will be transferring her over to Momentum, since I have absolutely no issues with them as they cover my medical aid.
