Discovery Health - Empty Promises when it comes to paying claims

I submitted a claim in the 6th of April 2021. Got an email response advising that my claim will take between 2 to 3 working days to be processed. It's now the 14th of April 2021, and the claim has still being processed as per their response email.

It is seriously appalling that commitments are made to pay out medical aid on a monthly basis but when it comes to being paid back a claim, then all of a sudden 3 working days becomes a week. A whole week.

I am seriously disappointed as I personally feel that one reason I am paying so much for medical aid is ensure a speedily process when it comes to being paid for a claim.
