Discovery Health--empty promises

I was admitted to hospital and had to under go tests and get and operation. Even though I have full hospital cover, which I last used in 2010. Discovery paid only 25% of the total medical cost, the rest I had to pay in cash. Even the medicine I received when leaving the hospital, I had to pay for. All blood tests and xrays they deducted (and depleted) my medical savings acount for. I had to pay the doctors ect myself. I will be changing medical aids, as soon as I pay all the bills Discovery left me with. I could have used my monthly Discovery payment to pay for this surgery and all future problems. Thanks for treating a loyal and paying customer like this. I work with people and will make sure to tell every person I meet about your treatment of customers. Totally useless and *******. You are not in this to assist people you are robbing people, just using a lot more red tape to make getting any necessary medical treatment your customers problem and expense.
