DISCOVERY HEALTH DON'T DESERVE HALF A STAR

I am on e again disgusted by how easily you deny health cover when it's needed. I had a severely high temperature on Saturday night, got to trauma and was treated and advised to be admitted due to a chest infection. Your case manager advised there will be no issue, as he will fone discovery and get the authorization the next day.(Sunday) Every single time I needed cover urgently I was denied be it my family or for myself. If I had a high fever and according to the doctors treating me physically and running tests. I needed medical attention, how does Discovery decides this is my cost, because maybe I was not sick and just wanted to stay in hospital... Come now Discovery start using your brains when making decisions... You did this last year when mu husband needed medical care now again.... Should I even stay with a medical aid that is never there when needed. Disgusted as always
