DISCOVERY HEALTH DON'T CARE ABOUT PATIENTS ON KEYCARE PLUS

I'm not satisfied with the way discovery conduct themselves towards KeyCare plus patients. My mom is a KeyCare plus medical aid holder and she hasn't used the medical aid till today, she usually pays using hard cash for her visit to the Doctor, because the Doctor informed her that he doesn't take KeyCare Plus Patients. The question is what's the use of selling the product with no value? or is this the **** towards poor people who can''t afford expensive medical aid?. You guys are not ashamed to take money from the poor knowing that they wont get any services from you.
