Discovery Health doesn't look out for you

I have had a terrible experience. I was in hospital for a headache, at this time it was present for a month (I've had it for 3 months now) I was admitted for one day. I was released by the specialist AFTER the 24h time period. Now I am liable for the payment of a full extra day and and it was only 2 hours after 12:00. I escalated but Discovery the lady was nice and helped all she could but they still refuse. Because of the 24h time period. Like it's my fault the specialist came LATE.
