Discovery Health does not pay you out!

If I could give them a minus star I would. They always have excuse not to pay you. Even their complaints department doesnt give a ****. Have sent mutliple emails but they dont help you. They charged me R12894 because I cancelled my medical aid which I paid before I even had to. But your claims for stuff they suppose to pay out they just dont. They have excuse of they cant see stuff from my photos or my medical aid was suspended weeks before the month even ended. Your extra benefits they tell you if you go to one of their pharmacies you dont have to pay. I had to walk out with a bill and they call you back and say they are wrong and you must claim it. Still if you claim excuses and they dont PAY! Dont go to Discovery Medical aid ever,
