Discovery health does not know customer service or billing

Another month has arrived and here I am writing a complaint for the very same thing as last month!

My membership is withdrawn without my consent or request. What on earth is going on at Discovery?! My dependant is also taken off my membership.

This is so frustrating to deal with!
