Discovery Health does not deliver anything

I am very upset with Discovery Health and the way they are doing business with their client. I have a Classic Comprehensive medical aid with them and they don't do what they are asked to do. I have changed my address from Bellville to Gordons Bay and it still shows on their website as staying in Bellville. I have also changed my cellphone number over the phone, and it still shows as ending with ***6570 ! Why do we pay them for this bad service !? Now I can't change my personal information, because Discovery Health does still have my old cellphone number and the OTP number is sent to that number. Why do they give me a computer to talk to that doesn't understand my questions !? Who ever thought that "computers" will take over our jobs, think again. Yes, computers are more clever than people the way I find it, but a computer doesn't understand my questions. Please tell me what can I do, cause I have now had enough of this incompetence.
