DISCOVERY HEALTH DO AS THEY PLEASE

I have authorization for certain tests then they take it from my savings at a crucial time when I went to emergency rooms for x-rays and treatment was informed that not enough savings so treatment was declined. Cannot believe that treatment for broken ribs and back vertebra are refused because of this after I went to life fourways sat with the accounts lady Martie and she phoned her head office accounts to reverse transaction and date it to 22 Feb 18 when I was given the goods for the 24hour test. The lady agreed to it but still the payment was processed from my savings, the hell with the contributors complaint to rectify this, I took this up again with the medical aid just to be told it is a valid claim. I DISPUTED THIS AGAIN AND AGAIN BUT IT SEEMS DISCOVERY STAFF DON'T GIVE A ...T. This in a live threatening situation would have been catastrophic but they take your money every month without shame as they provide a service or so they believe to think.
