discovery health disgusting service.

<p>Last week my uncle recieved the worst service from discovery health, he is extremely ill and has a keycare core hospital plan with discovery, He went to see his local GP and she was quite concerned about his illness and gave him a letter to be admitted however when we arrived at the hospital which was garden city they refused to admit him and advised him that he needs to go through they casualty department and pay a fee of R7000 and then they will decide if he should be admitted, before going th the hospital we called discovery health and the consultant advised we would just need a letter from the gp and my uncle will be admitted with no stress.however that was not the case and till today my uncle did not get admitted and he is still suffering with his illness despite him having a medical aid with discovery health, its sad to think you pay so much for medical aid so you dont have to sit in a government hospital but the big question is what is the diffrence.</p>
