Discovery Health DISASTER after death of main member

We have had endless issues with regards to in and emergency hospital claims which are deducted from the medical savings account.

All dependants were taken off my father's medical aid right after he passed away (even after the employer confirmed & agreed to contribute to medical aid for the next few months until all is resolved with accumulated leave days). Discovery Health are ******* and have put us as a family in such difficult times both financially and emotionally.

The only reason they have become so corporate is that they ***** from each individual covered by Discovery Health. Statements have to check on a monthly basis to ensure payments are from the correct fund.

Disappointed with how they handle issues from their side. Not even an apology to say sorry Discovery Health has made an error. Now we fight again to have these hospitals accounts paid by medical aid.
