Discovery health didn’t pay the payment they reversed and **** saying they have paid it..

Discovery insurance has been fooling me for months now, I was called by Almario Caesar on 01/04/2022 saying the error that was done on my babies registration was sorted out and the payment that discovery reversed on after 13 months have been paid back to Gstesville Melomed, of which was untrue, there is no payment done..And again on the 09/05/2022 Trishanta Benjamin called me regarding my complaint against their company, she said payment was done on the 28/03/2022 but had noticed that there was a system error that’s why payment couldn’t go through, and said now it’s been sent successfully to Gatesville Melomed, and she forwarded me proof of payment to forward to Gatesville, only to find out still no payment done, she was also lying to me. She also informed me that if the have issues regarding the payment they must call her, the number she was calling from is never goi g through and there is no email address to communicate with her..Gatesville Melomed just called me saying that phone number they called from is not going through..I’m very disappointed with such behavior from this scheme… They lie to their clients and reverse payments when they want to although it’s their fault.
