Discovery Health did it again!

Discovery Health did not pay our claims in full again! We sent three our claims dated 05.03.2015, 05.05.2015 and 06.07.2015, however Discovery rejected cortisone injections which were paid in last 10 years. Treatment with cortisone injection into joints is done to prevent joint damage and disability. Looks like Discovery would rather pay for joint replacement than cortisone injections. We queried several time and elevated to relations manager who advised us to re-send all claims to \escalations"with motivation letter from specialist"
