Discovery Health debits from my account even after they have sent me an email saying I don’t owe them anything.

Worst experience they are *********** my medical aid was withdrawn on inception and the was an amount of R674 that I owed them I paid the amount but they still debit without fail every month even after I received an email from Discovery Health stating that I no longer owe them
