This the company with the most pathetic client service ever !! Been battling now for days trying to change my Cell nr. As OTP are being sent to a nr I do not have access anymore. I have wasted more than R200 on airtime trying to call and get this sorted. I have been put through to the next department so many time I lost count. Ending up at the same department where I started. Most pathetic service !!!!! I am not able to claim money back as I need to change my banking details and of that I need the OPT !!!!!
