Discovery Health customer service, what's that???!! ? ?

I went and visit a dentist on the 05.05.21 I had to pay admin fee that I went and try now almost 2mnths to claim back from discovery. The amount for the dentist was R844.10 what discovery did went and paid in full in May according to my app of discovery. Since then I am trying to claim my admin fee from them. I claim on my app how many times get how many times email with they can't read it clearly send it how many times back on the email adres. Send again how many times to the claim email adres. Still no response. Ask how many times they must contact me with no answer. Try phoning them spoke to 2 people but then the phone goes dead because they have phone issues. But nobody will phone back or reply to my email. Requested a supervisor to phone me on Tuesday 15.06.21 a supervisor contacted me apologize for the bad service and that he will come back to me. I ask him to phone me on Friday 18.06.21 due to me working. He said it's fine can he also reply via email. I said jip that will also do. Today is Wednesday 23.06.21and still no email or coming back to me. Now I received a email from Discovery that they are gonna pay amount of R200 something for the same visit the same date the same dr tonight 23.06.21. Why??????? They allready paid them the fill amount why pay them again if they allready paid that amount???? But my admin fee they don't pay????!!!!! They don't come back to a person!!!!! In these terrible times you will think customer service is important to a company but it looks like they don't care about service.
