Discovery Health Customer Service - PATHETIC!

Discovery Health Clients are charged and arm and a leg for medical aid, and their customer services are pathetic. They are quick to list clients on ITC despite receiving an acknowledgement of debt together with a payment schedule. Payments made in December, January and February have to date not been allocated nor have I received confirmation of payments and I am constantly being called by debt collecting attorneys claiming another R1300 in interest charges. Service levels are appalling and I would not recommend Discovery Health to any family member or friends.
