Discovery Health ******!!!

I have come to the conclusion Discovery Health Medical Scheme are a bunch of ******!!! I have comp**** with all their due process, applications/ review and now appeal process in obtaining an Out-of-Hospital Prescribed Minimum Benefit application. Multiple applications from myself, bloods, radiology, specialist surgeon reports and a motivation letter have been submitted. I am repeatedly declined, "we have received an Out-of-Hospital Prescribed Minimum Benefit application for ***XX. Please note that the request for Xarelto remains declined." Discovery however will approve Warfarin, which costs R56.00 pm with a multitude of repeated blood test and a health risks and associated side effects, and prohibits me from my Income as a pilot, as I may NOT fly on Warfarin protocol. Xarelto is an internationally approved best protocol, with minimal side effects, no repeated blood test and control, however at R900 pm, but is declined due OLD outdated approved medicines list, and cost related decision. Discovery is happy to accept my monthly premium, however will NOT provide me with medication I require???
