Discovery Health Cover

Went to Dubai on business and fractured my ankle. Our company uses Hollard and it has been a total debacle with me having to carry costs of medical attention and fighting fo cover while they try and find reasons not to pay. Called Discovery and ER24 - what a pleasure. put me on a whatsapp group so I could send information and get responses (cannot tell you how important it is to have a caring contact). Put in the international claim and although there is a shortfall (currency conversions?), it has been sorted within 2 weeks and payment processed. Had to have operation and follow up and all covered - in 55 years first operation, first hospital overnight, first specialists, first physio.
